Adršpach

We will teach you basic techniques and required skills for safe control of climbing terrain. Basic courses are running around stunning locations of towns and sandstone mesas, Broumovský area, or Giant Mountains border with Poland.

We open the possibility of rates and outputs to perform outside the Czech Republic. Especially in the Alps, Spain, Turkey and South Africa.

First course includes:

Presentation of climbing equipment
Mastering the techniques and establishing the correct
Protection
Proper communication between you and climbing partner
Basics of movement and in its technical field with output climbing the rock tower

The first course Free follow-up rock climbing course - Course 2, which is aimed at deepening the knowledge and an advanced climbing techniques.

Second course includes:

Protection of habitat Suspension
Presentation aids used for fusing and rolling their specifics (anchors, Friend, loop)
Establishing a rolling protection
Training specific climbing techniques - wall, rajbasové, joint

4th Course for children:

This course is aimed at our youngest sportmen. Plenty of fun we'll teach the basic climbing techniques and necessary skills.

Develope the balanace to move, which is usable as well in other sports.

Promotes a sense of teamwork and responsibility.

In bad weather conditions or in winter season we'll run the courses on artificial indoor walls.
